I launched the Kayak today. It was a wonderful experience. Only dumped it over twice before I got the hang of it, although I have only had one successful attempt at an open water entry. I've been all over the lake with it already. I still have a little trouble in the rough water. I had to remove the seat to sit lower in the boat. I am just about maxing out this boat in body weight. I didn't install the seat permanently yet because I wanted to be sure it was set in just the right position. I guess I'll have to carve my minicel foam deeper. Everywhere I paddled, people had to get my attention to tell me they liked the Kayak. Great design! Thanks for all of your assistance while I was building the Kayak. It really wasn't that difficult following the instructions. Patience and time are the keys to making it perfect....Many Thanks, Timothy D. Malmer ,Texas
